Villa Marinedda, a sea view chalet on the granitic hills sheltered by scented and colorful Mediterranean bushes. It is a relaxing and quiet location, with stunning views over the homonymous Marinedda beach famous for the clearness of its water.

The luxury villa looks like a chalet because of the wood used for the interiors. On two floors with wooden spiral staircase. The ground floor has a large living room with an external equipped living area with views over the bay and a joying comfortable kitchen equipped with oven, fridge and dishwasher to ensure a pleasant stay. On the first floor there is a double bed room and 2 twin rooms; the villa has 2 bathrooms.

At walking distance Marinedda beach, famous for the white sand and clear blues water. At the beach there is a diving school and the possibility to rent sun umbrellas and deck chairs. Isola Rossa village with its promenade, shops and restaurant is close by, as well.
